You agree not to use the Services to:

Send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful communications

Violate TCPA, CTIA, or carrier regulations

Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.


Communications and SMS Consent

SalesOpsMadeEasy offers SMS communications related to appointments, customer inquiries, and service-related updates.

Express written consent is collected through our website booking and contact forms. Users must enter their mobile number and actively select an unchecked SMS consent checkbox before submitting the form. The checkbox is not pre-selected.

The disclosure presented at opt-in states:

“By providing your phone number and checking this box, you agree to receive SMS messages from SalesOpsMadeEasy related to your appointment or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.”

SalesOpsMadeEasy does not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesOpsMadeEasy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 30 days.
